Certificates

Burial of the Dead:
1.Death certificate.
2.Identity of the deceased (passport and civil card).
3.The identity of the person entrusted with the burial.
4.Burial permission from Sudan in the event that there are no relatives (brother/father/son).
Authenticity of Driving License:
1.Copy of the passport/original license.
2.A license certificate authenticated by the Traffic Department and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan, if the license is not listed in the electronic system of the Sudanese Ministry of Interior.
Authenticity of Passport:
1.Original passport - copy of civil ID card.
Issuance of Passport:
5.A copy of the passport in case of renewal.
6.A copy of the birth certificate, national number, and witnesses with their national numbers, in the event of issuing a new passport.
7.A Proclamation on the loss of the passport, and a copy of the previous passport in the event of issuing a replacement for a lost one.
8.For newborns, the birth certificate, a copy of the parents’ passports, and the marriage certificate
Kinship:
1.The national number and a copy of the passport for the certificate applicant.
2.The national number and a copy of the passport of his/her relative/son/daughter/father/mother/sister/brother, and a copy of the marriage certificate for the wife/husband (duly attested by the official authorities).
Proof of Non-Marriage:
1.A certificate from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice, duly attested by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2.The national number and Oath on the holy Qur’an.
Proof of Non-Employment:
1.Passport and student card/school registration.
2.A certificate from the Kuwaiti Public Authority for Manpower proving that the concerned person is not working in Kuwait.
